D'Sanctine Weyr is actually very, very new--less than a Turn founded! For simplicity, Turn count starts at 0.

Turn	Event
000	Talk is made of expanding the population of dragons to the Southern Continent. A clutch is "donated" and a team of crucial members chosen to get the new Weyr running smoothly. A location is chosen and plans are made.
001	The first of D'Sanctine's dragonriders arrive with their "donated" clutch, including a Queen egg. Temporary Weyrleader V'stan takes charge with bronze Cruacth.
001	Candidates are found from all over Pern. A woman is found in Ista Hold who can hear dragons. Candidates are moved to the Weyr in preparation for the hatching.
001	The eggs hatch a few short days sooner than expected. Chaos ensues as the Candidates are rushed to the Sands for Impression. Beattrix becomes the first Queen rider and Weyrwoman of D'Sanctine.
